The Sales conditions of STET France:

Applicable rules:

The general conditions of sale are governed by the RUCIP rules and practices, latest edition.

The buyer declares full knowledge of all the rules and practices of the Intereuropean Trade of Potatoes and the Expertise and Arbitration Rules established by the RUCIP Code.

Claim:

Any complaint is only admissible if the goods have been correctly received and stored. The lots must be individualized and must not be mixed with other origins of plants.

Certificates of origin and delivery notes must be submitted with any claim.

The time of complaint are governed by the provisions of article 28 of the RUCIP rules and practices.
